Acceptance of Terms

When you contact us, request a quote, or hire us for landscaping services, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.

Services Provided

FGD Florence-Graham Landscapes provides professional landscaping services including lawn care, design and installation, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. All services are subject to availability and our professional assessment.

We provide free quotes based on site visits and your specific needs. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes or if unexpected conditions are discovered during the project.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We will work with you to schedule services at a convenient time. Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may require us to reschedule. We will notify you as soon as possible if this happens.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may result in a service fee for projects already in progress.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before starting work.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges. If payment is not received within 30 days of project completion, we reserve the right to pursue collection through appropriate legal channels.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the work area and notify us of any hazards, underground utilities, or special concerns. We will take reasonable care of your property, but we are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or pre-existing conditions.

Please keep pets and children away from work areas for their safety and to allow our crew to work efficiently.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to make it right. Warranties on plants and materials are subject to proper care and normal weather conditions.

We cannot guarantee plant survival due to factors beyond our control such as extreme weather, improper watering, pests, or diseases. We will provide care instructions for all installations.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses. We carry general liability insurance and will address any legitimate damage claims promptly.

You agree that any claims must be brought within one year of the service date.
